Bringing historical excellence in Florence back to life: we present the residential development “Opera”!

The charming ex Teatro Comunale del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, dating back to the middle of the XIX centuryis the focus of an ambitious renewal initiative and an essential part of the renaissance of the Florence’s Historical Centre.

We are devoting effort and dedication in order to convert four gorgeous nineteenth-century buildings in Corso Italia and Via Solferino, into an oasis of elegance and comfort. These buildings, witness of the glorious past of Florence, are going to be restored and converted into thirty exclusive residencies, offering a unique opportunity for those seeking the authentic beauty of city life.

Opera is the result of the talent and dedication of the architects, engineers and experts who collaborated on the project.
